DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Adlift / LumaLedger sells digital products only. No physical goods are packaged or shipped, and no delivery charge applies unless clearly shown at checkout.

After successful payment, access details, activation information, download instructions, or other digital-delivery information are provided electronically, normally through the checkout confirmation page or the email address supplied with the order.

Please enter a valid email address and check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders. Some payments may require additional processing or security review before access is released.

If you do not receive access information, if a link does not work, or if the delivered product does not match your order, contact us through the store contact details and include your order number and purchasing email address. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, correct delivery, or provide another remedy required by law.

Digital access is subject to the access period and license scope stated on the product page. Customers are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, software, and internet access unless the product description states otherwise.

Because no physical products are sold, postal shipping times, tracking numbers, physical returns, and return-shipping charges do not apply.
