TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Adlift / LumaLedger online store. By accessing the store or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital products
All products are supplied digitally. No physical item will be shipped. Access details, download information, activation instructions, or related materials are provided electronically after successful payment.

2. Product information
You are responsible for reviewing the product description, access period, device or software requirements, license scope, and price before ordering. Product images are illustrative. We may correct obvious errors and update product features or documentation where this does not materially reduce an existing paid entitlement.

3. Licenses and permitted use
A purchase grants only the usage rights stated on the relevant product page. Personal plans are for individual use. Business, professional, coach, and commercial licenses permit only the uses expressly described. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share access credentials, copy for unauthorized users, reverse engineer, or use the product beyond the purchased license.

4. Payment and delivery
Payment is due at checkout. Digital delivery or access begins after successful payment and may be subject to automated security checks. You must provide a valid email address and accurate billing information.

5. Refunds and withdrawal
Digital products are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. By requesting immediate delivery, you consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge the loss of any withdrawal right where the law permits. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Availability and support
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability where disruption is caused by maintenance, third-party platforms, internet providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Contact us through the store contact details if access fails.

7. Intellectual property
The products, branding, text, designs, dashboards, templates, and associated materials remain protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer to the customer.

8. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the store or products unlawfully, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person’s rights.

9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made using budgeting information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and governing rules
We may update these terms for future use or purchases. The version applicable to an order is the version presented when the order is placed, unless a mandatory legal change applies. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern any dispute.
