TERMS OF SALE
1. Seller and products
Adlift / LumaLedger offers digital budgeting products, time-limited access plans, and professional licenses through this online store. Product-specific features, duration, price, and permitted use are stated on each product page.
2. Order formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and digital access is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order before delivery in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, unlawful use, or product unavailability; any payment collected for a cancelled order will be returned.
3. Prices and payment
Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Payment must be made using an available checkout method. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
4. Digital delivery
No physical product is shipped. Supply begins electronically after payment, subject to reasonable payment and security checks. You expressly request immediate performance and, where permitted by applicable law, acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost when digital delivery or access begins.
5. No returns or change-of-mind refunds
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Except where required by law or expressly agreed by us, purchases are final after delivery or access begins. Selecting the wrong product, license, access period, or failing to use the product does not create a refund entitlement. See the Return and Refund Policy for full details.
6. Conformity and support
We will provide the digital product materially as described. If access fails or the product is defective or non-conforming, contact us promptly with the order number and relevant details. Mandatory legal remedies remain available.
7. Customer responsibilities
Before ordering, review compatibility and license conditions. Keep access credentials secure and do not share, copy, redistribute, resell, or use the product beyond the purchased rights.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owner. Purchase grants a limited right of use only; it does not transfer ownership of the product, design, source materials, or branding.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.
10. Contact and disputes
Questions, access problems, or complaints should be submitted through the store contact details. The parties should attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Applicable mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
